work with me

Whether there's something in your business you can't quite get to the bottom of, or you're ready to figure out what comes next, we can start there.

First, let's work out where you need me.

Maybe there's one problem you've been going round in circles with. Maybe you've been meaning to take a proper look at the whole business for months. Or perhaps you've reached the point where you'd really like someone else to know what's going on in there besides you.

There are a few ways we can work together, depending on what you need.

when we work together

It all starts with a conversation. I want to know about your business, what you're working towards and what's taking up more of your time than it should.

For The Real Picture and The Real Partnership, we'll also do some groundwork beforehand so I can get to know how things work, spot any gaps and make sure our time together is spent on the right things.

You don't need to have all the answers. That's rather the point of working through it together.

You don't need to know what's wrong before you ask for help with it.

let’s work together...

There are three ways we can work together. Whether you need an answer to one problem, a proper look at the whole business or someone beside you for the next twelve months, here's what each one looks like.

The Real Reason

When there's one thing in the business you need to sort out.

You’ve tried fixing it, working around it and probably putting it off until next week. But it keeps coming back, because it has never had a proper way of working, it has had a workaround.

We spend 90 minutes looking at that one thing, whether it’s how something runs day to day or a part of the business that has never quite worked the way it should. Then I’ll put together your Action Plan, so you can see what’s really going on and the way forward to sort it for good.

The Real Picture

When it's time to get the whole business out of your head.

You know your business inside out. But when you're busy running it, finding the time to look at where it's going is another matter.

We'll start with some groundwork so I can get to know how everything fits together. Then we'll spend a day looking at the whole business, what you want from it and what needs to happen to get there. You'll come away with a Roadmap that gives those plans somewhere to go other than your head.

The Real Partnership

When you want someone who already knows the business in the room with you.

You've spent years getting to know every little part of your business. Which is great, until you realise you're the only person who knows where everything lives, why things happen the way they do and what needs sorting next.

Imagine having someone else who knows all of that too. Someone to talk through the decisions with, untangle the complicated bits and help you make room for whatever you want from your business next.

That's what twelve months together looks like. You still make the decisions and lead the business. You just don't have to work everything out on your own.

Partnership

You might start with The Real Reason, spend a day looking at the whole business or decide you're ready to work together for the year.

There's no need to decide everything at once. We'll have a chat about where you are, what you want and what makes sense for you.

A little prep. Not a second job.

For The Real Picture and The Real Partnership, I'll ask you for some information beforehand. It helps me understand how your business works, spot anything we need to look at more closely and make sure our day together is spent on the things that matter.

You won't need to put together a fancy presentation or work out all the answers before we meet. That's what our time together is for.
